Health Survey

The ASTC Health Survey is a voluntary self-reporting tool that gathers information about Sealyham illnesses, injuries, and deaths over time to help monitor the health and longevity of our beloved Sealyham Terriers around the world.

  • Anonymously report your Sealyham or include as much information as you wish to share confidentially with the ASTC Health Committee.
  • Any Sealyham you own from around the world may be reported, You may NOT report anyone else's Sealyham's health information.
  • Data will track health issues and deaths within the Sealyham population over time; aggregated anonymized reports will be given at the ASTC annual dinner, and posted on the ASTC Health page.
  • No information about specific breeders will be shared publicly. If a health issue occurs frequently within one line/breeding program/area/country, then a confidential report from the ASTC BOD & Health committee will be given to the owner(s) of that line/breeding program/area/national parent club for informational purposes.
  • Information collected from survey is subject to the Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of the webpage.
